You Must Soak them in HOT water when you go to put them on the wheel's of the band saw i let them soak for about 10 to 15 min and pulled them out and Stretch them by pulling them not a lot a little bit and it was a lot better putting them on and after they cooled down i was not able to get them off ( Works Great )
